Global minimum waste cuisine
A 4-hour environment conscious multicultural cooking session where migrant and local youths with their families will learn how to cook with minimum waste production.
This upcoming hands-on cooking workshop will demonstrate how to create delicious dishes with minimum waste. Eliminating food waste has a tremendous potential to cut down on the amount of resources required to produce the food that we consume. Food waste management lies at the heart of developing environmental stewardship and creating a sustainable environment. This workshop is funded through the Voluntary Organisations Project Scheme (VOPS), managed by the Malta Council for the Voluntary Sector and forms part of our project VOPS26/2022 Together We Strive: Creating a Sustainable Environment Free From Barriers That Divide.
