Good practices in volunteer management

Right 2 Smile are inviting you to their upcoming presentation on Good Practices in Volunteer Management! This activity is specifically designed for individuals and VOs who are interested in learning how to effectively manage volunteers within their organization or community.

The presentation will provide participants with a comprehensive overview of the key components of volunteer management, including recruitment, training, supervision, and recognition within Right 2 Smile. You will also have the opportunity to discuss with other members of VOs in the field and exchange ideas and best practices.

The presentation will take place online on Thursday 23rd February.
