Join the workshop led by Richmond Foundation on the 28th of September and become more active citizens in promoting positive mental health!

Led by Richmond Foundation, this 3-hour workshop aims to provide participants with the knowledge and skills to become more active citizens in promoting positive mental health. The workshop will be non-formal and interactive, with a focus on creative approaches to learning. Participants will have the opportunity to learn from experienced mental health practitioners.

The hope is to create a safe and inclusive environment that encourages participants to engage with the topic of mental health in a creative and meaningful way. By the end of the workshop, participants will have the knowledge and skills to become more active citizens in promoting positive mental health in their communities.

About the Speaker:

Matthew Paris, a Learning and Development Officer at Richmond Foundation and a Mental Health Patient Advocate, will share his personal experience with mental health challenges. He aims to raise awareness about mental well-being and combat the stigma surrounding it.

Richmond Foundation's goal is to provide optimal community mental health services that promote mental wellbeing, address the prevention of mental health problems, and provide support for good quality of life.
