Project Development & Project Writing Training Session

The Malta Council for the Voluntary Sector together with Servizzi Ewropej f’Malta is organising a training session for NGOs on the development of project ideas to be competitive for EU funding and on the writing of application forms to request EU funding for projects.

Agenda:

08:30 – Registration and welcome coffee
09:00 – Introduction on SEM services
09:15 – The application process
09:30 – Identifying and explaining the need for the project
10:00 – Defining project aims and objectives
10:30 – Coffee Break
11:00 – Defining project activities and identifying the results
11:20 – Explaining the project’s expected impact
12:00 – The application submission process
12:30 – Networking Lunch

Deadline to submit your registration is Thursday 9th October 2025 – noon.

Each voluntary organisation may apply for a maximum of 2 volunteers, and each participant is to submit their individual registration form with their personal details. This training session will have an intake of a maximum of 40 participants, hence we encourage VOs to submit their application as soon as possible to secure their spot.
