Support the Love me Twice Project
The Love me Twice Project supports women's shelters. Over the past two years, this project has partnered with Campus Hub University, where you can donate clothes and shop for pre-loved items. This space is also open to the public.
It’s also been very successful in raising sustainable awareness, clothing donations and selling pre-loved clothes to raise funds to keep the current project self-sufficient, and profits from the pop-ups are donated monthly to women's shelters along with clothes.
EmpowerHer is currently seeking a warehouse premises to collect and store donations, and where to also sell with a retail permit. If you can provide support, get in touch with Dana.
Financial
Support the SSC Project.
The SSC Project offers the opportunity to uplift and expand your sewing skills with the alterations workshop, which is a 6-week workshop that gets you ready for 18 weeks of work experience in the Alterations Studio, giving real-world sewing & retail experience to enhance your knowledge on future career opportunities or starting your own business.
In a world where there are rising living costs and limited opportunities, which often hold women back, EmpowerHER is here to change the game. The Sewing, Seamstress, and Creativity Project was created out of a genuine desire to empower women in a practical, lasting way—helping you grow your sewing & business skills, and redefine what success truly means.
They are currently looking for funds to pay the seamstress to teach the workshops and also to buy 2 industrial single-need machines.
If you can support, please contact Dana Carmont.
