Step up for Parkinson’s was also the Changemakers winner where they pitched their initiative Parkinson's Centre. Offering specialised care under different schemes to accompany the free dance therapy classes already being offered by Step Up For Parkinson’s, the Parkinson’s Centre shall also offer value added benefits of specialised healthcare practitioners, and will house the overall functions related to therapy, professional advice and a place to call home, also offering respite for family members.
Step Up for Parkinson’s need more help to reach their funding target for their Parkinson's Centre. For more information on how to support this initiative financially visit their crowdfunding page here.
