Mark Azzopardi

Mark is a mechanical engineer and energy auditor specialised in environmental diagnostics. He also works in corporate and financial services and is currently the CEO of an e-money institution. Mark founded Working Town, a company which aims to bring issues of social and environmental importance to the attention of business. Working Town organises a number of annual conferences including Terra, on ESG in its third year, and Hygeia, which focuses on mental wellness at work, now in its fifth year. This year Working Town will launch Silta aimed at educators and trainers and Heka on sustainability in healthcare.  Mark has experience supporting clients with operations, environmental management, resource efficiency and business development. He has held positions in both the private and public sectors in fields including environmental consultancy, manufacturing, corporate services, asset management, compliance/AML, investment promotion and waste management, and he sits on a number of boards in the financial and voluntary sectors.
