Homelessness and poverty are inextricably linked:  when economic instability increases, so does the risk of homelessness. Preventing homelessness through the eradication of poverty cannot be done through isolated interventions but requires various approaches to systemic and structural discrimination.  This workshop has a focus on prevention as a solutions pillar to address socioeconomic conditions which can help prevent poverty and homelessness and how we can work together as a society to enact impactful change.
